Led by Director Stefan Koebsch, Samana Blue Engineering brings over 30 years of civil engineering experience across projects throughout NSW and QLD.

We’ve worked on a wide range of developments, from small infill projects like dual occupancies to larger apartment buildings and medium-sized residential and industrial subdivisions. No matter the size or complexity, our goal is the same: to contribute to practical, efficient, and well-delivered development outcomes.

Our clients are just as diverse as our projects. We work with individual “mum and dad” developers, experienced builders and property developers, as well as local and state government authorities.

Our team includes qualified civil engineers, some of whom are nationally and state registered (NER and RPEQ), along with skilled designers, project managers, and construction supervisors. Many of our team members work across disciplines, giving us a collaborative and well-rounded approach to every project.

We are registered under the NSW Building Practitioners Act (BPA) for Class 2 buildings and hold ISO 9001 accreditation, reflecting our commitment to quality and industry best practice. We believe strong projects start with strong foundations, not just technically but strategically.

Our experience working closely with councils and utility authorities means we understand the regulatory landscape and can help guide projects efficiently through approval pathways. Stefan’s background in local government also gives us valuable insight into council processes and expectations.We prioritise early engagement with councils and stakeholders to create a clear and coordinated roadmap from day one.
